Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the applications and services operated by Kiloforge ("we", "us", "our") — collectively, "the apps". By downloading or using a Kiloforge app you agree to these terms. They apply to all Kiloforge apps unless a specific app publishes its own supplemental terms.

License and usage restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative versions of an app or any part of it, and you may not use our trademarks without permission. All intellectual property rights in the apps remain with Kiloforge.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in credentials secure. We recommend against using the apps on a jailbroken or rooted device — doing so can expose your device to malware and may cause the apps to malfunction, and we cannot guarantee correct behavior in that environment.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create inside the apps — notes, posts, saved items, and anything else you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content back to you as part of operating the apps. You are responsible for what you submit, and you agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some apps offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payment is handled by the platform's app store (e.g., Apple's App Store, Google Play), and your purchase is subject to that store's terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We cannot modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions on your behalf — manage your subscription through your app store account.

Modifications and charges

We may modify the apps or introduce charges for features at any time. If a currently free feature becomes paid, we will make that clear before you are charged.

Connectivity

The apps require an internet connection for some or all functionality. We are not responsible for an app performing at less than full capability when you lack connectivity or have exhausted your data allowance. You are responsible for any mobile data or roaming charges incurred while using the apps.

Disclaimers

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Some features rely on third-party data sources and services; we work to keep the apps accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that information presented in an app is complete, correct, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiloforge accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on an app's functionality. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates and termination

We may release updates and require that you install them to continue using an app. We may also discontinue an app at any time. If your access is terminated — by us or by you deleting your account — your license to use the app ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify users inside the relevant app. Continued use of an app after a change indicates acceptance.
